We're neither awake nor asleep, it's a state that gives us new perspectives, a new sense of things. Sometimes more clarity, and a feeling of oneness, where the awareness arises that everything that exists is a flowing expression of the greater whole. This in-between space is its own state, one in which much becomes accessible that stays closed off in ordinary waking life.
In this online group breathwork journey, we move into exactly this state. We let ourselves be guided by our breath, which takes us to a place that feels different from anything we know.
We start with an introduction to the Sacred Breath Method. You'll get an explanation of the breathing technique and a demonstration before we dive into the breath journey together.
After the breathing phase, there's time to feel into the experience, integrate, and a deep closing relaxation. If you'd like, you'll have space afterward to share your experience with the group. Everything is welcome, nothing is required.
This is an online session, so you can join comfortably from home while still feeling held in a connected group. Many find this protected space especially supportive for truly arriving in their body.
This breathwork journey is suitable for every level, whether it's your first time or you already have experience. Plan for about 1.5-2 hours. The exact duration can vary slightly depending on group size.
